Norwood Street Histories is a companion web site created by The Norwood Society to share research in our local history.
Local history studies demonstrate that ordinary streets can have interesting histories, and be as worthy of care as celebrated areas.
The Norwood Society is working with local volunteers to establish a database from census records, and street directories to explain landownership, historical development of buildings in the street, architectural features, notable buildings, and information about the local residents.
